Refund policy

We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Sarees once worn, washed, or altered are non-returnable.

• Products bought during clearance or sale
• Slight colour variations due to screen resolution

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
